Can a guy wear a skirt?

I was just wondering what girls think of guys wearing skirts. I usually wear like the school girl type skirts so that it kinda looks like a kilt. I wear high black socks with black shoes and a top from express or Aero ( guys tops) I get told that I have nice legs and something about hyper extension in the knees. I wear a size 6. I was just wondering what people think about this, I dont get much of a reaction when i wear it out
