Do bagpipes that are too loud make for rioting protestors?

The work done by people who compile statistics don't go very far on this question.They are like any concert in the states that causes an extra eyeturn or extra paper article the next day when put in prospective.The true to life scottish protests that cause others panic/and or fear are not to get results that are cohesive but rather pungeant when they do occur and they are usually not for just such things.The planes do too make disturbances of loud or obnoxious sounds to the human ear but they are not kept in hangars like air ships of large proportion.They are also handmade not to go along the giant industry that produces grea flying apparatusses so on and so forth.Well, the details being in this matter from a true scotsman Clarke,Trotter,Moore,and even the Kerr scots that are family members who get along with on a regular basis do not perform with the kilts anymore in the us only.They are now running guidelines that they are a minority but do not receive often times violent groups in opposition so on and so forth, and I am basing this on the last trip I made to Virginia.I was on a Greyhound and did not feel too great in DC and did think that for the miles,had done it before,it was going to last or carry on like it did and didn't plan it with any scots but did think to calluncle john kerr and he didn't be around.So, I end up coming home on Father's day in church and lucked out to say the least and that was a nice roundabout clan set of traveling being that I amass strength and need backing where as I do a lot myself and that's only individual achievement and personal endeavour but I think along the lines of great former scotsman like the kerr clansmen who some of which were norsemen of yester year so on and soforth and did a lot of things to make modern day relatives better than they would be if they had strived to do what they do on their very own.
