My uncle Gregor-Roy is going to a American-Scottish wedding in Jackson Mississippi in november this year .As we want him back could i ask what do U S women think of a man in a kilt who speaks with a Scottish accent a kind of a soft lilt .Its just that we do not want anybody to stop him from coming back to Scotland
