Do you think it is wrong for married men to go to Hooters or Tilted Kilt?

I think it is. I mean think about this. Would you be okay with your husband spending the night in the same room with a woman wearing a nighty? ofcourse not, so then why should it be okay for men to look at women, dressed in underwear basically (if you have seen the outfits they wear at Tilted Kilt, then you know it is not much more than a 2 piecce bathing suit with sleeves). These places exploit women and it is wrong.
