Best way to earn tips at the Tilted Kilt?

I'm just got a job at a Tilted Kilt restaurant and was wondering what was the best way to make the most in tips. I know to be friendly, and to try and get the orders right, and to be as fast as I can, but are there any other tricks I should know?
