Girls only whats a vagina look like? (im a girl)?

Ok so i had pubic hairs i shaved them off so id feel more clean. but i was looking at my vagina and the pink skin in the middle of it a kilt i think its called? well mine drupes out and my friends say that's not good, but their way more smaller then me so maybe they have been throe less puberty im only 12 please can you tell me if that's normal? and when i stand with my lags closed the kilt still just comes out a little.
