I feel useless, they say everybody is good at something, that everybody has talents but you havent met me cause i suck at everything.i suck at school and my dad always gets pissed of at me cause of it. he says why cant you be like your sister and get straight A's? the only things i can do in this world right is snowboarding and playing guitar but my depression has got in the way and the joy in playing the guitar just isn't there anymore. i dont know whats wrong with me or how i came to be in this state of emotion. but I have it way better than lots of people. my life is good, nothing to complain about, i mean my parents are still together. but iam so sad all the time. its come to the point where i dont enjoy anything anymore. and when i laugh or smile iam faking it to be polite or i I momentarily forget reality. Also i suck with relationships. i guess its not the relationship part but the actually getting someone to like me part. the last girlfriend i had was the summer before freshmen year and now i am a senior in high school. whenever i meet a cool girl or something after like a month they just stop talking to me. i mean even if i just want to be friends.i fell like i have a **** OFF sign on my head or something. the thing i dont get about that hole situation is the fact that iam a nice person. i am no where near rude and i always try to act like nothing is wrong with me. like i am happy and everything. but after a short period of time i somehow **** up unknowingly and dig my self deeper down into my depression.i have friends though but school friends. there nice to me cause we had the same math or english class. the i have about 3 or 4 friends that i can hang out with away from school but no close friends that i can talk to. i feel like no one actually loves me for who i am. also please dont say anything about god and how he saves and loves you.. i know all about, i grew up in a Christian home, the hole 9 yards but i have never felt gods love, never. the main reason i am still here is because i am scared to die and i love listening to music. At what point does control over a student become an infringement of rights?

My school (an independent co-educational boarding school in England for ages 13 to 18) has enacted a supposed "ban" on short shorts and skirts (even with tights), patterned tights with 'suggestive patterns', low slung tops, any tops showing bra strap. This of course only applies to female students. For the entire school day we were a kilt (below knee length) and a formal white blouse with a blazer. In our free time, we are surely entitled to dress within the boundaries set by society and English Law, which would thus suggest that "short skirts" are not a display of public indecency. To me this seems to violate the fundamental rights of young women and is oppressive on various levels. I am 16 and the fact that I should hide the reality that I wear a bra and have the right to present myself in a way which society, not a school board, sees fit. It's not 1953, it's 2011... surely are society has advanced enough to accept the rights of young women rather than to shun them. At an age where it is perfectly legal to have sex, it seems rather prosaic that older generations still view the female body and sexuality as a threat. Is there any legal case to be made of this?

my name is brendan and i am 14 years old, i dont even know what to start with ive tryed to write this 3 times and just cant get it out in words, i haven't told anyone but my best friend and i scared him and now our friendship i feel is dead (or dieing). it started one night when i went to bed and i had serious thoughts of dieing(not doing it my self but just i didn't want to live anymore for no reason) i remember laying down face int my pillow asking to die but every time i was bout to fall asleep i would hear this crack come from my computer and it would startle me, but eventually i felt this seance over my body like i was being lifted up and then spun around, i rose up slowly and looked at the room it had a wired color to it like a grayish blue and there was a noise in the background like a buzzing, then i turned my head to the door it was barley open but there was someone on the other side just standing there (and for some reason i do not remember being over come with fear i just saw it and moved on to the rest of the room) the walls were latterly moving like they were growing but they weren't going any wear, then i turned my head to the shadow i was casting on the wall ( this part was what frightened me the most) there was a black mass over my chest area but my body was totaly flat, then i lifted up my hand and looked at it it looked different more skinny mainly but as i became for and more fascinated with my hand i noticed a black shadow on my arm moving up then grasping my hand then i remeber a strong smell of burning wood, i darted my head away to see a black arm coming out of my wall, it didn't scare me at first then i looked away realized what i just saw and looked back (it was gone) i spent the rest of that night siting up in my bed (i couldn't fall asleep because i had the feeling that someone was watching me and behind me)..after this happened every night i hear the window and computer screen crack right when im about to fall asleep. when it try and goto sleep i have this feeling of pure fear over me along with the feeling of being watched very very closely. a few days ago me and friend were at my house just talking about girls or something when i heard this noise, it was static like from a tv and it would go on and off then it stopped. about an hour later we were listing to this peaceful music and trying to meditate, i felt my phone buzz and i looked at it realy quick it was nothing just a friend saying hey so i didn't reply (im trying to meditating here) so i was going to put it in my pocket when i noticed my reflection my face was all faded (shadowy looking) except for one of my eyes was not covered by this shadow and patches on the left side of my face, i put the phone in my pocket right away and tryed to keep meditating..i herd a noise from up sitars like a band kind of i don't realy know but i opened my eyes and looked at my friend on the couch then all noise's went out the music the birds out side everything and i herd a voice very angrily say "get off the couch" not like a normal person would like echoing kinda? so i told my friend to get off the couch and he did and after that i don't think anything happened. last night i was watching tv pretty late and i got up to goto bed and i have this lamp in the hallway to go up stairs and when i passed it, it was normal but when i was walking up the stairs and i looked back an the lamp was tilted drasticly.at night i can hear this buzzing noise very deep buzzing noise every night when i goto bed. i dont know what this thing is ive done some research and i think it might be a demon, i want to know forshure and i want to know why he is here and what he looks like, i dont know how to communicate with him but i feel like if i did it would help. latly the thing will touch me like brush me slightly or even pinch me... at the moment i am sitting in my room its night and im scared to death, seeing things out of the corners of my eyes and i keep hearing high pitched crackling noise, i realy have the urge to see it or talk to it.. i realy jsut want to know what it is and why its here so i can know what is going on

That sounds totally normal. The colour comes out in the scabs and always looks a bit dull underneath for a week or so but give it time and that colour will brighten up again. As long as you aren't picking at it then it should be fine. If some of the colour of the tattoo does come out a bit most good tattoo places do touch ups for free.

Will verizon fix a problem on a phone not related to physical damage that it has?

I have a droid 2 global and the screen is cracked. I don't care that it is cracked and that is not bugging me. It has other issues that are though. Whenever I charge the phone it gets really hot until I have to unplug it and pull the battery and let it cool down. The phone freezes all the time and will become unresponsive. It's all well and good to have influences, and to even let them show. But Lady Gaga doesn't come off as influenced as much as she's just repeating a lot of the same stuff. Her most common outfit on stage is a black bra, black underwear with nylons. Madonna has been wearing that same outfit since 1990. And the bright blonde hair in a pony tail doesn't draw any less comparisons. As for the music, it sounds exactly like anything Madonna did in the early '90s. And her videos have all these androgynous guys dancing together...again, something Madonna did years ago. If people wanna like Lady Gaga's music, that's fine. My boyfriends father was caulking the cracks in the backyard and my one year old boxer stepped in it while still wet. (please do not patronize me as I was not there at the time). I do not know how to get it off without tearing the skin? I tried rubbing alcohol which removed most of it off of her pad, using water after to try to get some more off. I tried a bit of canola oil bit it is extremely difficult to keep her still so it can soak in. I have stopped trying as of now as I noticed a bit of blood seeping from the roots of her hair. Any suggestions would be wonderful! It is very stuck in the crevices of her paw and has completely adhered to her fur.

Asus battery / charging issue?

I have a fairly new asus laptop. I have a after market power supply. Last night while charging- it zapped me and shut my laptop down. When i plug my power supply in, it makes a cracking sound. I dont know if it my battery or power supply since it can still run on battery and if i remove the battery it will still run on power supply. To eliminate the entrance of insects, drafts, etc., have any of you had your house professionally sealed (that is fillers for your insulation, sealing cracks, etc) by a company or handyman? If so could you share (1) why you did it, and (2) was it effective? There are several house sealing companies in Arizona that are rated A+ by Arizona's Better Business Bureau. In Arizona, as in my home, there are abundant scorpions and they easily get indoors. I have had that happen in my home and am terrified. I do not live in Arizona but I still am in a desert community, and my pest control companies, while consistent and responsible, can't keep these monsters from entering my home. I have heard that some reputable companies can come in and fix the cracks and other "open" home entrance points. I have an uncluttered and clean home and very little in and out traffic. So if you have actually done something like this to your home, especially for insects, and you have a home that's older, please share your experience, whether positive or negative. If description is so important then how can you be overly descriptive?

If you add too much description in the beginning it will be too much work in the end. You won't be able to figure out how to add more description without making it sound like the beginning. Find a happy medium and work with it. I, personally, like a lot of description in my stories because then it makes me read every sentence and the mental picture stays in my mind but I guess you can't make everyone happy. Good luck :D

What the hell did i drink?

Alright so i am extreamly addicted to coffee, and i ran out of it as i useally do near the end of the month and in desparation to cure my excrutiating headache and foul mood i serched my house for ANYTHING that could possibly have caffine in it. What i found was this weird tea that my brother left in the cabinet before he moved. It was these strange bowl shaped clumps of tea that were wraped in a paper with chinese written on it. I assumed it had caffine, because it looked organic. Fouling Fish tank Problems?

so I'm getting a 37 gallon + fish tank tommorow because my fish tank is becoming poluted, and slowly poisoning my fish.(i had to put them in a 10 gallon cuz my other fish tank cracked...i have 1 angel, 1 bolivian ram, 1 african featherfin catfish, african brown knife fish and a bristle nose pleco) i need to put them in the tank quickly cuz idk how much longer they can survive in there. so is there anyway for me to put the fish in the newly bought fish tank right away? the old tank is a 10 gallon fish tank with 2 filters a 10 gallon filter and a 25 gallon filter. can i thuroughly clean out the filter and use that in the new fish tank along with the new filter? because lately the fish tank is fouling up even with water changes, and with all those filters and causing alot of funky smells to come up. can i just use the 25 gallon filter on the 37 gallon tank with the new filter to get the cycle going and the fish established?

What's wrong with my knee?

Every time I squat to sit down, my knee crackles and then when I get up, it pops. I don't really mind the popping noise, but the crackling really makes me cringe. It sounds terrible. It doesn't really hurt but the noises bother me. I feel like me knee cap is like breaking apart or something. I have long hair..I love The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Aerosmith, Van Halen, lots of blues and stuff like that...my uncle came and taught me some basics because he's a really good drummer and has been doing it for years. I'm basicly just using the snare, bass drum, hi-hat, & ride or crash cymbal (I can't remember exactly, sorry). People keep telling me how good I am doing and everything and I kepp trying to do something different every week becuase I think in my head, "well, people hear the same thing every week. wouldn't they get tired of it?" then I thought "well, i'll do what i'm supposed to and if they don't like it then too bad". I'm a very self concious (I don't know if I spelled that right..) person about alot of things about myself..please help! I'm playing today so yeah..I don't know what to do.

Painted over wall paper?

I need some suggestions here. I am working on an estimate for a kitchen. The existing walls in the kitchen were previously wallpapered and then painted over using latex. The problem here in lies.. The wallpaper was applied in strips and every seam is visible and 2-3 seams have split apart and cracked through the paint. The home owner had previously lifted some of the paper at a seam and it doesn't appear that the sheet rock was treated before the paper was applied. Now short of doing some demolition and re-dry-walling the entire kitchen what are my options? I'm pretty sure a steamer will destroy this the sheetrock as it is pushing sixty years old. I'm also not trying to score the paper and spray solution to spend 10 hours ripping off tiny pieces of paper because it didn't soak through the paint. I have also thought of just skim coating the entire wall with a spackle/joint compound or similar product but I'm not sure how long that will last before the paper lifts more and cracks the spackle and new paint. Any suggestions? If you have a technique you could share with a rough time-to-complete that would be great. As far as I can tell from first look only one wall will require this treatment, I would guess the dimensions at about 13' x 8' with a simple crown molding at the top, no chair rail and an electric baseboard heater at the bottom.

My Hood Latch is Stuck?

You may have left a tool on top of the radiator or under the hood somewhere.....probably where the hood is raised up. This can cause pressure on the latch mechanism since the hood is wedged against an object and latched.

I don't think it's about them wanting music to be quieter, but more about their personality has changed. Up until my mid-20's, I used to LOVE heavy music. I'd get in my car and just blast the heaviest stuff from Pantera, Mudvayne, Korn, Deftones, Rob Zombie, Fear Factory, ect. I still enjoy those bands from time to time, but now I'm almost 30 and lately I haven't been looking into discovering more heavy bands, but have been enjoying alternative and indi-rock more. Why are all these tiny ants in m house?

Okay so my brother and I were in the office at our house then he spots so many tiny ants coming in from the door so our office is right next to our front door so he left the office went to the front door and spotted many many more tiny ants, I vacuumed it all but then more starts to come out of these small cracks near the front door, that is the only area they are in. Top fillings keep cracking?

2 weeks ago I got a couple fillings. 1 of which was on the top. I noticed about an hour or so after I left that some of the filling was on my tongue. A day later I was eating something sweet and noticed it hurt my tooth, which isn't right since I had just got it filled. The next week I go back to the dentist, tell him my tooth is bothering me, he looks at it and says its already cracked (filling cracked). They take the filling out and refill. They decide another tooth on the opposite side of top needs filled as well...so they fill it. I get home and my teeth hurt (both of them but the one they newly filled hurt worse)! There is a shooting pain when I eat cold stuff and I noticed, once again pieces of the filling in my mouth! Are they just doing a crappy job filling my top teeth? I didn't eat anything hard or sticky and I've had no problems with my bottom fillings! What gives?

I got a tetanus shot 7 days ago in doctor on call and I was put on flucloxacillin by my doctor 5 days ago after been bitten by a stray cat with aids.
